The fine beachfront location was perfect for long walks, and I adored the lovely pool that overlooked the sea. The staff was cute and always eager to assist with anything I needed.
Limited storage space in the room.

We like the food and the location .low tide you can swim a little bit. And the rocks look a lot. But when rizing after one hour you can swim freely. Perfect. Nice swimming pool and nice reataurant and bar.
Tje rooms are a bit small.no problem.but the airco blows the cold directley on the bed. I can handle it but my friend can not.stans the cold wind on his face. For us rhe rest was perfect.

The location is beautiful. Great service.
The beds were a little uncomfortable.

The beach access is fantastic, just a quick drop of your gear and you're right there enjoying the sand. The infinity pool offers fine views that you can get lost in for hours.
Firm mattresses make for a less-than-comfortable night's sleep, almost indistinguishable from the floor. The breakfast selection is pretty average, lacking variety for longer stays, and if you're outside the resort, options for Western food are limited, mostly requiring a taste for Thai cuisine. The air conditioning unit's positioning in some rooms is a bit uncomfortable, blowing directly onto the bed.

the total stay was quite comfortable for a lower budget family vacation. the staff was pleasant the whole time of my stay. the location was marvellous and awesome, not too far from khlong khong beach. the hotel was a unique base for enjoying an amazing area. no reason to complain, the venue met required needs, do recommend it.

Beach felt almost empty even around Christmas peak season. Much more laid back than package places more north.
Some stones under water on beach, but easy to cope with once you know where to step out.

The sunsets were fine, but the rocky beach made swimming tricky.

Nice location at the beach (which is quite a cozy one), friendly staff, new and clean. Good food too.
When low tide there are a lot of rocks at the beach, so not so great for swimming.

The place had a relaxing vibe to it, staff very friendly and attentive, modern clean rooms, had a lovely pool if you get fed up of the beach, the massages are brilliant and reasonable too. We stayed longer than we planned , they also booked tours for us helpful in every way. It's about 15min in tuk tuk from main town but what you pay for taxi n accommodation is still cheaper than staying in the town so it's all good.
Food is a little hit and miss can be really nice n then average. But it's not a huge deal there are so many places around to eat.

Love the fact that the resort was so new. Stayed there with a friend who I was In Thailand with, and spent our first 3 nights there. The pool is gorgeous, the massage was very good, and the location very peaceful. Nice food and plenty of places to eat other than coco lanta if you fancy a change.
I wouldn't say it was too negative but the rooms are a lot smaller than they look in the website pics. Bathroom lovely and roomy though.

The room is cozy, very new, very clean, friendly Staff, always open & available, nice and kind. Very new, everything work perfectly. Very close to the beach, many restaurant, bar and places to eat or drink something. The beach is great, the best in Ko Lanta for us, the swimming pool amazing, a dream. We really enjoy our stay and yes we really recommend. You pay a little bit more but you receive much more than other places around. Breakfast was also good.
The waitress something confused about the order we asked for, but there were always nice and very polite.

Loved our stay! The pool was super clean and we enjoyed amazing foot massages by the beach. Just a heads up, the rocky shore wasn't great for swimming, but it didn't dampen our experience at all! 🌊
